Yvonne Konjure B-TECH; MaryAnn Vitiello MSN,APN-BC, ACRN; Marcia Weaver PhD; and Debbie Winters APRN-BC, AACRN

Yvonne Edeltraudt Konjure, B-TECH in Community Health, is the Nurse Training Manager at I-TECH Namibia. She coordinates nursing trainings, assists in the development of HIV disease management curricula, and provides support to I-TECH supported trainers who are based at the national training network.

 

MaryAnn Vitiello, MSN, APN-BC, ACRN, is a Senior Nursing Advisor at I-TECH. She assists in the coordination of global HIV nursing and clinical workforce capacity activities, including assessment and identification of HIV/ART training, programmatic, and infrastructure needs. Ms. Vitiello participates in curriculum development and related clinical activities, including clinical mentoring.

 


Marcia Weaver, PhD, is a Research Associate Professor in the Department of Health Services at the University of Washington and a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist at I-TECH. She is an economist specializing in cost-effectiveness analysis. For I-TECH, she evaluates the outcomes of training programs. Dr. Weaver has previously served as a long-term advisor to health system reform to ministries of health in Africa.

 

Debbie Winters, APRN-BC, AACRN, is a Nurse Advisor for I-TECH Ethiopia and a Clinical Training Specialist for the NJ/NY AIDS Education and Training Centers. As Nurse Advisor, she assists in the development of basic HIV disease management curricula and provides regular, on-site clinical mentoring for nurses of I-TECH field-based teams and in HIV clinics in Ethiopia.
