Click here to find your local session timeThe WHO denes task shifting as “rational redistribution of tasks among health workforce teams”. Evidence will be presented on the eect of task shifting on the quality of HIV care, models of HIV care with expanded responsibilities for mid-level clinicians including nurses, the need for training to shift as tasks shift, and I-TECH resources for training mid-level clinicians. In addition to doctors, nurses and other mid-level clinicians are encouraged to attend this session.
