Jared Baeten, MD, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Global Health and Medicine at the University of Washington. His work focuses on risk factors for acquisition of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, and clinical trials of interventions to prevent HIV transmission in women and men.
